The author calls this the craziest mod yet—a mix of American patriotism, satirical humor, and organized chaos.

July here is more than just Independence Day—it’s a magnified picture of every American stereotype, symbol, and pride:

• American flags flying.
• Beer and burgers aplenty.
• Cowboys, mechanics, firefighters, farmers, and even a Statue of Liberty cosplay.

All are expressed through characters with extremely distinctive personalities, each one like a small story contributing to the whole: America is both familiar and strange to the point of being... adorable.

Gameplay & Music in Calendarbox M7 – July

• Still keeping the structure of the Incredibox mod, players will combine characters to create their own music. However, Calendarbox M7 – July stands out with:
• Dense country and rock tones—banjo, electric guitar and bass drum blend together, creating a harmony of “I’m a little bit country, I’m a little bit rock and roll."
• Background sounds of fireworks and eagles evoke the feeling of an outdoor festival where people are drunk on freedom.
• Gradual rhythm—starting gently, then exploding when all characters are activated, like the moment fireworks explode in the sky on the night of July 4th.
• When the music hits its peak, the player feels a distinctly American quality: free-spirited, loud, sometimes absurd—but unmistakable.

Memorable cast

Each character is a half-serious, half-satirical joke:

• Julia McNarly—a beer-loving but not-so-drunk bartender who symbolizes freedom with limits.
• Dwayne the Ranger—a model sheriff who keeps the peace with a heart of gold.
• Connor Roast—a BBQ chef whose hat is always on fire but he keeps grilling.
• Freel the Eagle—a free eagle with a toy shotgun; a cute joke that also alludes to American gun culture.
• Donna Diesel—a tough mechanic who hates people calling her Donnie.
• Statue of Liberty (18)—a girl cosplaying the Statue of Liberty with a serious yet funny demeanor.
• Nick Mapleleaf—a Canadian lost in Texas who always apologizes after every sentence.
• Uncle M. Gallon—the American icon in the ridiculously long hat, representing the exaggeration of American culture.

Each one carries a slightly ironic, non-malevolent touch—like a distorted mirror reflecting the popular culture of the United States.

Color & Design

Wooden backgrounds, wind blowing, grass blowing, and swirling dirt—create a feeling of the West mixed with urban America. Moving tumbleweed effects make the scene more realistic. All wrapped in a vibrant red-white-blue color scheme, true to the spirit of July.
