After being attacked, Simon can be distorted, have his head spun, be blown apart, or only have his upper body remaining. However, you can use a medkit to recover him and return him to his normal state.

Multiple Phases and Items

The interesting point lies in the system of different phases. From Phase 1 to Phase 5, Simon changes his appearance and expressions. Some phases look gentle, others are more hostile, and the final version even resembles Teimu Simon. There's also a Sprunded Mode with different expressions, adding a fresh feel when trying out each tool.
