Sprunki But Dementophobia is a very unique mod, created by “I did a little toot” with support from many other contributors. If you're familiar with previous mods like asylum or kuru treatment, you'll immediately recognize: everything here isn't just a variation, but rather pushed to extremes. A world that's half hospital, half clinic… and nowhere is safe.

Sprunki But Dementophobia

Sprunki But Dementophobia Setting

The setting evokes the feeling of an abandoned mental asylum repurposed as a bizarre dental clinic. Small details like locks, foam at the mouth, and vacant stares make everything seem more like a failed escape attempt than a dental visit.

You're not given clear explanations. Lore exists, but it's scattered like torn pieces of paper. The more you try to piece it together, the more something doesn't fit.

The characters in Sprunki But Dementophobia

Funbot is no longer cheerful, but rather panicked.
Vineria appears with unexplained scratches.
Gray becomes something to avoid.
Then there's Garnell, with a spring lock failure that makes you wonder if the character is alive or just a trapped shell.
OAX with a green liquid oozing from his mouth.
Mr. Sun laughs in a way you don't want to look at for long.
Dorpo… starts talking to the TV, as if he's crossed an invisible boundary.
Each person is in a different state. No one is normal anymore.

Infection… or something worse?

Scratches appear. Claws show.
At first, Wenda seems to be the cause, but then everything becomes ambiguous. Everyone has symptoms. Everyone is suspicious.
It feels like some kind of infection is spreading—not just physically, but in behavior and perception as well.
Pinky holds the key, but has lost half her body.
Black appears as a distorted dentist, possessing the energy of the mastermind behind it all.

Sound Experience and Hidden Mysteries

The game's sound design is strangely captivating yet unsettling. Unlike any previous Sprunki game, it feels like you're listening to something malfunctioning but purposeful.

Additionally, the game hides bizarre Easter eggs. Characters can disappear unexpectedly, interactions produce unpredictable results, as if the system itself is unstable.

Sprunki But Dementophobia doesn't try to scare you in a traditional way. It makes you uncomfortable, curious, and then gradually… disoriented. A truly insane mod. And perhaps that's its most appealing aspect.
